Acrylic polymer bonding agent and primer/sealer. Ensures a strong, permanent bond between old and new concrete, mortar, stucco, or plaster. Can be added to the concrete mix to improve bonding characteristics of the in-place concrete. Can also be used to seal and prepare concrete to allow the application of paint. 4 L.
