DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide the highest level of service to all customers with the main objective of maintaining and growing existing positive customer relationships as well as developing new customer accounts.
• Answer telephone inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Learn and comply with the company procedures on sales transactions, paperwork, refunds, credit memo's and special orders, etc.
• Help maintain stock, displays and housekeeping within store.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products sold, product usage, product prices and new products on the market.
• Attend and participate in company sponsored training programs as required.
• Provide customers with information on use and care of merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12 diploma a must.
• Previous experience in a building supply environment an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, integrity.
