Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. is an Alberta based company serving builders and contractors across the province for over 30 years.  Headquartered in Edmonton, Consolidated has branch offices in seven locations delivering throughout Alberta, North Central Saskatchewan and parts of British Columbia.  Our branch offices are located in Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary, Canmore, and Saskatoon.

We sell a wide range of products from outside finishing products such as stucco and shingles to interior finishing products such as drywall, insulation and textures.

Detailed Description:

• Obtain confidential information while accurately updating computer files when conducting each call
• Recommend to the Credit Manager action’s on accounts based on information gathered
• Analyze and assess creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk management tools/reports
• Contact delinquent customers to obtain payment commitments and bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Maintain regular contact and consistently utilizes a variety of professional collection techniques when working with customers and stakeholder’s to resolve to various collection issues or problems while maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring payment is received within the terms that have been established
• Communicate with individuals by telephone and written correspondence
• Document daily collections activity
• Research account disputes and billing discrepancies
• Perform account/payment reconciliations

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
• Enrollment in the CCP Program is considered an asset
• 3 - 5 years experience in a Credit & Collections role
• Advanced functionality in a computerized environment, including proficiency with MS Word & Excel
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), organizational and multi-tasking skills
